Tune into KD Country 94 for all of our local high school football coverage during the 2010 season. On Wednesday and Thursday nights at 5:10, listen to the "Locker Room Chats". On Wednesday, we talk with the coaches from Beloit, Osborne, Smith Center, Lincoln and Thunder Ridge and on Thursday night, we talk with the St. John's/Tipton, Lakeside, Rock Hills and Sylvan Unified head coaches.

Then each game night during the season we will begin at 5:45 with the "Football Express" presented by Cunningham Telephone and Cable, as Wade Gerstner, Dusty Deines and Todd Clover will preview all of the area league matchups in the PTL, NCAA, MCL, Twin Lakes League and Cheyenne Conference. Pregame on KD Country 94 and Z-96.3 The Lake will be at 6:30, with kickoff at 7:00. Also tune in to KD Country 94 for the Local High School Football Scoreboard Show after the games at 10:05.

The Kansas Association of Broadcasters has announced the 2010 KAB Award Winners for Excellence in radio broadcasting for the past year.

KD Country 94 and Z-96.3 The Lake in Glen Elder/Beloit, KS has won twelve awards for the small market radio station category including five 1st place awards in a variety of categories. These awards earned KD Country 94 the prestigious honor of being named Small Market Station of the Year.
